Parkview appoints new Pueblo Health Care executive director
(Pueblo, CO July 8, 2008) –Parkview Medical Center is pleased to announce that Ann Bellah has been appointed executive director for Pueblo Health Care. In this new role, she will be responsible for the operations and oversight of the Pueblo Health Care physician network.
Bellah has been employed at Parkview since 2000. During her tenure at the medical center, her past titles include Pueblo Health Care provider relations manager, physician systems analyst, computer operator and employment coordinator.
Bellah, who is from Lowell, Michigan, earned her bachelor’s of science degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University.
“I am looking forward to this opportunity with Pueblo Health Care,” Bellah explained. “I enjoy the successes and challenges of working with and supporting local physicians and their office staff.”
Pueblo Health Care, Inc. provides contracted services, as well as educational and market support to physician members. The organization is set up as a PPO network to contract with Health Plans on behalf of the Physician members of Pueblo Health Care, Inc. Currently there are 244 members in the physician network.
